Senior Full-Stack Senior Engineer; Front-End Leaning

In This Role, You Will

• Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive enterprise data.
• Write and ship minimal code that runs in low‑resource environments, with highly stringent deployment mechanisms.
• Where security and privacy are paramount, you will sometimes need to reinvent the wheel and cannot rely on popular libraries or tooling.
• Collaborate with researchers to product ionize state‑of‑the‑art models and techniques.

• Have shipped full‑stack code (Python and React) in production.
• Excel in fast‑paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives shift.
• Have strong coding abilities and are comfortable working across the stack.
• Have built and deployed highly performant client‑side or server‑side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users.
• Think like a product owner, asking "should we build this?" before "how do we build this?".
• Hold strong opinions on what makes a great user experience and are not afraid to push back on designs or specs that don’t serve the user.
• Have owned features end‑to‑end: from understanding the user problem, to shipping, to measuring impact.
• Bonus: have an eye for design and a creative mindset—optional portfolio, Git Hub, or other showcases of your projects.
