Senior Software Engineer – Dev Ops
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for complex software features from design through delivery, and for supporting users. Your focus will be on ensuring high quality, secure, and scalable Dev Ops practices across the organization.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain Dev Ops practices and tools to streamline the development and deployment pipeline.
- Automate infrastructure management and deployment processes to enhance the quality and speed of software delivery.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate and optimize deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, deployment, and infrastructure.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the stability and health of systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Dev Ops practices and suggest enhancements to existing processes.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, with experience leading technically complex projects.
- Solid foundation in software design, distributed systems, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly across disciplines, with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders alike.
- Bias toward action and ownership, and low tolerance for unnecessary complexity.

For Toronto City only:
The annual base salary range for this position is 99,840 – 118,400 CAD. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans.
