In this leadership position, you will guide the quality engineering practice at US Mobile. With a focus on automation strategy, your role will involve designing and stabilizing test frameworks and improving CI pipelines. You will also mentor software engineers, ensuring quality is prioritized throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own test architecture for backend and frontend systems

• Build and maintain test frameworks using Cypress

• Improve CI/CD test execution stability and performance

• Lead end-to-end and API automation efforts

• Mentor engineers on test design and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Quality Engineering / Test Automation

• Senior-level experience in a product-driven organization

• Deep expertise in Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress

• Strong background in Java programming

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
