• Architect & Own: lead the technical design, architecture, and development of highly innovative product features with a relentless focus on UX, UI, and accessibility (WCAG guidelines).
• Embrace AI‑Driven Development: champion an AI-first engineering culture. Utilize and advocate for modern AI developer tools and models (like GCP Gemini Code Assist and Claude) to write clean, scalable code faster, automate boilerplate, and generate living software documentation.
• Rapid Prototyping & Scalable Architecture: collaborate deeply with UI/UX designers to rapidly prototype AI‑enhanced user experiences. Architect and translate these designs into scalable UI micro frontends and robust, reusable component libraries to accelerate feature delivery across the platform.
• Drive Engineering Excellence: Lead by example in Git Hub. Drive the PR process, conduct high-level code reviews (leveraging AI review tools where applicable), and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines to ensure we ship robust code multiple times a day.
• Master a Modern Tech Stack: use the right tool for the job. You will be building scalable micro frontend architectures utilizing React, while interacting with a backend ecosystem powered by Python, Go, GraphQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Google Pub/Sub, and GCP.
• Mentor & Elevate: actively mentor mid‑level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and technical curiosity.

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant professional frontend software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications at scale.
• The AI Workflow Advantage: you have a strong, demonstrated habit of utilizing AI tools (such as Claude and GCP Gemini Code Assist) throughout the SDLC to drastically improve your velocity, code quality, and overall daily developer workflow.
• Frontend Mastery: advanced professional experience with React, modern JavaScript/Type Script, and state management and a commitment to building inclusive software. Experience designing and scaling micro frontend architectures is a massive plus.
