We’re hiring an AI Lead to design and deliver production‑grade, agent‑based AI systems in a large financial organisation. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of business problem solving and engineering, focused on transforming real world requirements into scalable, high impact AI solutions.

You’ll lead the development of agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and AI‑powered applications, leveraging Git Hub Copilot and modern LLM frameworks to drive automation, accelerate delivery, and push the boundaries of AI‑enabled software engineering.

• Build an AI‑driven system that converts business requirements into production‑ready code
• Design and implement advanced multi‑agent workflows and orchestration layers
• Leverage Git Hub Copilot and AI tooling to drive engineering productivity
• Deliver scalable, language‑agnostic solutions across Java and Python environments
• Drive significant efficiency gains by automating manual development tasks
• Act as AI SME – upskilling engineers and enabling non‑technical users
• Operate as a hands‑on leader, owning both architecture and delivery of AI solutions

• Hands‑on with agent frameworks + multi‑agent orchestration
• Ability to build end‑to‑end AI pipelines (RAG, tools, APIs, data)
• Strong understanding of agent state, memory, and decision logic
• Cloud experience (Azure (Ideal)/AWS/GCP)
• Experience with Git Hub Copilot / AI‑assisted development workflows
• Proven ability to turn business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Proven experience mentoring/guiding Junior to Senior members of the team
