Position: Homebase Software Engineer Infrastructure Role
Elevate developer efficiency at Homebase as a Software Engineer focused on Infrastructure and Tooling. Engage in building vital tools, optimizing workflows, and supporting our engineering teams.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Development or Infrastructure Engineering. You will develop, maintain, and enhance internal tools while collaborating across teams to improve developer experience and streamline CI/CD pipelines. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and scalability of Homebase's AWS-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain internal developer tools for improved workflows

• Implement features from coding through production monitoring

• Identify and reduce friction in the developer experience

• Contribute to AWS infrastructure reliability and scalability

• Write maintainable, clean code that meets Homebase standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in Software Development or Infrastructure

• Proficient in Ruby or Golang programming

• Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure

• Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD systems

• Strong sense of ownership and growth mindset
