This role demands a hands-on approach to build tool-calling AI agents and develop robust retrieval pipelines. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance and scalability through innovative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build secure and efficient agentic AI systems
• Engineer frameworks for evaluation and compliance
• Develop advanced retrieval and prompt handling processes
• Implement automated diagnostics and remediation systems
• Mentor team members on best practices and methodologies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• At least 3 years designing and maintaining ML systems
• Experience with large language models and prompt engineering
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
