Backend Software Engineer – Python​/AWS

In this role, you will utilize your experience to enhance our ELT application while collaborating with a diverse team. With at least 7 years in backend development, you will focus on developing high-performance APIs and scaling data processing. This role includes mentoring peers and raising the standards of engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable features for REST APIs

• Optimize backend services for low-latency operations

• Build data-intensive applications with AWS and Spark

• Process large datasets with EMR and Glue frameworks

• Automate CI/CD using Terraform and Kubernetes

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience

• Strong Python skills with API development focus

• Experience with Typescript or Node.js essential

• Proficient in AWS services and Kubernetes deployment

• Knowledge of distributed systems and data processing
