Position: Staff Software Engineer for AI Platforms
Lead the technical design of our AI-driven business tools at Tubi in Toronto, Canada. This Staff Software Engineer role focuses on creating robust systems for ad revenue operations and workflow automation.

As a pivotal member of Tubi’s Internal Tools team, you will shape the challenges of AI integration and architect reliable systems for diverse business operations. You are expected to manage complex design issues, ensuring that the platform evolves intelligently while maintaining system integrity under non-deterministic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the architectural vision for AI systems

• Own complex subsystems and resolve design challenges

• Establish integration contracts and clear system boundaries

• Deliver measurable progress through iterative software development

• Enhance the platform from early-stage to production-level AI

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software engineering with end-to-end delivery

• Expertise in distributed systems and fault tolerance

• Strong skills in Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and Python

• Proven ability to resolve ambiguous problems effectively

• Good judgment regarding technical trade-offs
