Position: ServiceNow Developer - Hybrid Opportunity

This role requires over five years of experience in Service Now, particularly with MID Server configuration and custom probes, along with integrating Service Now into third-party tools. A deep understanding of network protocols such as SNMP and SSH is essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure MID Server and Service Now Discovery for efficient operations

• Develop custom probes and sensors for on-prem and cloud solutions

• Integrate Service Now with third-party tools for enhanced functionality

• Ensure effective CMDB population and management

• Leverage knowledge of network protocols for credential access

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now

• Strong expertise in custom probes and sensors

• Proven experience in integrating with third-party tools

• Understanding of network protocols including SNMP and API

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist preferred
