Position: Software Engineering Team Lead Role
Join Clutch as a Software Engineering Team Lead, combining hands-on coding with leadership. You'll mentor engineers while driving project delivery and technical direction.

This role requires you to lead and mentor a team of engineers, contributing to both front-end and back-end development. You will focus on fostering talent, coaching team members through feedback, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Strong proficiency in Type Script and experience with microservices architecture are essential to align technical decisions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach 3-5 engineers, enhancing their skills

• Code across front-and-back-end, focusing on Type Script stack

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project roadmaps

• Manage execution and delivery while removing technical roadblocks

• Facilitate peer reviews and system design discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 7 years in software development, 1-2 years in leading roles

• Strong experience in ReactJS, ExpressJS, and PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Experience in Agile environments with tools like Jira
