Today’s productivity tools weren’t built for AI. As a result, AI-generated work is often unreliable, hard to verify, and difficult to trust in professional settings.

We’re rebuilding the core productivity suite from the ground up with agents as first‑class collaborators, designed to be deterministic, traceable, and trusted.

We've raised our inaugural round, backed by top‑tier US investors with a track record in backing unicorn product‑led companies and are building our founding team to support the public launch.

We're looking for a Founding Platform Engineer to work directly with the CEO, a 2x founder with a background in financial services and AI product engineering, to help evolve the systems that allow us to scale securely, reliably, and with high trust as the product and user base grow.

This includes the infrastructure the platform runs on, as well as the systems that govern how data flows through the product, from integrations and storage to transformation and traceability. While the focus is platform and backend systems, this is an early team and you'll work across the stack when needed.

5+ years of experience in full‑stack, backend, infrastructure, or closely related roles.

You’ve built web apps end‑to‑end and operated production systems to understand how things break as usage grows, data becomes more sensitive, and the cost of mistakes increases.

You’re comfortable working in early‑stage environments where priorities shift quickly and not everything is well‑defined. You know how to make progress in ambiguity without over‑engineering.

You have strong experience in:

• Backend and systems architecture, with exposure to infrastructure
• Designing and working with reliable data systems and integrations
• Scaling production systems and data infrastructure
• Security and data protection fundamentals
• Developer productivity and internal tooling
• Engineering quality, reliability, and observability
• Cloud environments, deployment workflows, and environment management

You understand the difference between what needs to be built now and what can wait. You’re able to move quickly without losing sight of where durability actually matters.

We care less about any one title and more about whether you’ve helped systems become more reliable, understandable, and ready to scale over time.

• Evolve and improve the systems that run in production, including infrastructure and core backend services
• Help manage and scale the containerized services that power the platform
• Work on how data flows through the system end‑to‑end — from external integrations to internal storage, transformation, and access patterns
• Build and iterate on data integration pipelines (APIs, imports/exports, sync systems) that connect to the external world
• Evolve the scalable data models in AWS (DynamoDB/S3) optimized for low‑latency collaborative workloads, efficient access patterns, and strong tenant isolation
• Help build systems that enable data traceability and auditability, making it clearer how outputs are derived and how data changes over time
• Work on critical 3rd party platform integrations such as authentication and billing, ensuring these systems are reliable, secure, and scale with the product
• Help improve the systems that allow the engineering team to ship quickly and safely, including deployment pipelines, operational tooling, and infrastructure workflows
• Contribute to platform security practices and support SOC 2 readiness over time
• Jump into high‑priority engineering work outside strict platform boundaries when needed

You take responsibility for systems you touch and fix things at the root when they’re fragile or slowing the team down.

You have strong judgment. You know when to move quickly with a simple solution and when to invest in something more durable, and you can clearly articulate those tradeoffs.

You care about building systems that can be trusted, without over‑engineering. You aim for the right level of structure at the right time.

You’re comfortable as an early, high‑leverage hire, working in ambiguity and helping shape how the team operates as it grows.

You like working on hard, novel problems with smart people and the idea of building a product with the potential to reach millions of every day users is exciting.
