As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll build and oversee a talented team focused on Bluetooth and Connectivity Management. Your expertise in Android and embedded systems will help drive software development strategy, align cross-functional teams, and ensure top-tier delivery. Collaborating with product and engineering teams will be crucial for refining features and tackling technical challenges head-on.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage Android and Embedded SW engineering teams
• Own software strategy for Bluetooth on Android platforms
• Oversee integration of technical features into Android frameworks
• Guide developers on architectural decisions and design choices
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with various teams
Requirements:
• B.S./M.S. in relevant engineering field
• 8+ years software engineering experience, with 3+ in management
• Strong Android development background
• Solid understanding of Bluetooth architecture
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin, C/C++
