Join the Quality Engineering team at AC/BT as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test. Focus on automating testing for intelligent contact center technologies in Toronto.

As a key member of the QA team, your role will involve crafting and implementing automation solutions that promote reliability in AI applications. You will confront complex testing challenges while working in an Agile setting, ultimately improving the client experience with exceptional quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive tests at all levels

• Drive test strategy with clear specifications and timelines

• Develop automated frameworks utilizing Selenium and SOAPUI

• Analyze system behavior to define extensive test scenarios

• Mentor teams on testing methodologies and code reviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering across multiple environments

• 3–5 years focused on automation strategies and tool usage

• Expertise in Agentic applications and LLM prompt engineering

• Dev Ops knowledge with CI/CD tools like Git Hub Actions

• Programming skills in Python, C#, or SQL
