Your role involves significant coding, coupled with managing technical direction and collaboration across teams. Proficiency in languages like Type Script and familiarity with modern cloud solutions are critical to the position's success in fulfilling business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a team of engineers, focusing on their development

• Engage in hands-on coding and technical design across the stack

• Partner closely with Product and Design to create detailed roadmaps

• Oversee project execution, addressing challenges efficiently

• Promote best practices through regular feedback and design discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Over 7 years in software development, with 1-2 years in management

• Expertise in Type Script, cloud platforms, and PostgreSQL

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and agile methodologies

• Background in peer reviews and performance management
