Position: Mobile Software Engineer at Capital One

As a Principal Associate, you will spearhead the development of iOS applications while ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles. You will collaborate with a diverse team, including Software Engineers and UX/UI designers, to create impactful customer experiences.

Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers and engaging with external developer communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI

• Collaborate in agile ceremonies to meet team commitments

• Mentor junior team members for skill growth

• Advocate for the mobile platform externally

• Review pull requests for coding best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience

• At least 2 years building iOS applications

• Proficient in Swift and mobile development technologies

• Familiar with Agile practices

• Bachelor's or related degree in Computer Science
