Position: Quality Engineering Consultant at Capgemini
Capgemini is hiring a Quality Engineering Consultant focusing on Robot Framework-based test automation. Drive automation-first approaches and ensure quality across applications while collaborating with Dev Ops teams.

In this senior role, you will spearhead test strategy and automation architecture for multiple products. Your strong expertise in Robot Framework, Python, and CI/CD integration will be vital in delivering high-quality applications. You’ll also mentor junior engineers and promote best testing practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QE functions for diverse products and platforms

• Design automation frameworks using Robot Framework

• Execute end-to-end testing: functional, regression, API, and UI

• Collaborate with developers for testability and CI/CD integration

• Measure quality metrics and automation coverage

Requirements:

• 6-7 years in Quality Engineering or Software Testing

• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework

• Proficiency in Python and UI automation tools

• Familiarity with CI/CD techniques and Agile Scrum

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
