This pivotal role involves leading the development of AEM backend solutions tailored for enterprise digital needs. You will integrate cloud-native principles, generative AI, and high-level security practices to enhance the overall software delivery lifecycle. Your contributions will also ensure the successful mentoring of junior developers, focused on best practices and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct technical design and backend architecture decisions

• Build scalable AEM cloud solutions with APIs and services

• Mentor junior engineers, reviewing code for best practices

• Lead modernization and technical debt reduction initiatives

• Maintain system performance and security protocols

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in software development and backend focus

• Expertise in AEM, OSGi, and microservices

• Proven programming skills with an understanding of AI tools

• Strong leadership abilities and commitment to security compliance

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
