This internship supports the e-Transfer team, offering hands-on experience in developing and modernizing backend systems. You’ll be exposed to modern software practices like Agile and participate in real-time projects that have a significant impact on digital payments across Canada. Your technical skills will be put to the test as you collaborate with seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and enhancing software features

• Improve existing backend systems and documentation

• Work on unit testing to ensure software quality

• Participate in the application modernization process

• Research and explore new technologies in digital payments

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a computer science or related degree program

• Knowledge of programming languages and version control systems

• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a collaborative setting

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs preferred
