Fitch Ratings is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Innovation teams in Toronto—a greenfield initiative at the forefront of how AI will transform financial analysis. This isn't about incremental improvements to existing systems. This is about building what comes next
: agentic systems, intelligent platforms, and capabilities that will fundamentally change how Ratings analysts work and how Fitch delivers insights to global financial markets.
