Codal is in search of a hands-on Engineering Lead with at least 3 years of experience. You will lead a team of 4-5 engineers, focusing on backend development, API design, and web architecture. Your expertise in coding, mentoring, and performance optimization will ensure scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable system architectures
• Enforce backend best practices for API and security
• Define data management strategies for databases
• Collaborate with Dev Ops on CI/CD and cloud solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high coding standards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in an engineering lead role
• Proficient in Node.js, Python, and modern frameworks
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects
