This role involves shipping end-to-end features that drive Thrive’s mission of supporting career wellness. Engaging with product managers and designers, you will ensure the technical feasibility of projects while maintaining a culture of collaboration and mentorship among engineers at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Release end-to-end features confidently and regularly
• Collaborate with product and design teams on technical decisions
• Facilitate code reviews, ensuring quality code standards
• Mentor engineers, encouraging growth and development
• Actively participate in improving team processes and culture
Requirements:
• 5+ years in professional software development
• Proficient in JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
• Experience in backend services with Ruby on Rails
• Strong knowledge of modern testing frameworks
• Familiarity with automated CI/CD pipelines
