Cognizant seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to develop automated test scripts and enhance testing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain UI test frameworks using Playwright

• Build RESTful API test suites with Cucumber JS and Postman

• Validate backend functionality using a Python-based framework

• Generate and optimize test scripts with Git Hub Copilot

• Mentor junior engineers in both traditional and AI-augmented workflows

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of QA automation experience

• 3+ years in test automation with Playwright expertise

• Proficient in JavaScript, Type Script, and Python

• Experience with AI-assisted automation tools

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and collaborative dev workflows
