QA Automation Lead Retail

Position: QA Automation Lead Retail Payments
Join our Toronto team as a QA Automation Lead focusing on retail payments and POS systems. Leverage your expertise in Cypress and Node.js to design high-quality automation frameworks.

This full-time role will allow you to execute end-to-end testing and validate the entire order lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for building robust test automation and integrating it into CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and Azure Dev Ops. Your collaboration within Agile teams will help identify defects early and enhance automation coverage across the retail platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automation frameworks with Cypress and REST-based tools

• Create UI and API automation scripts using Java Script

• Implement automation integration in CI/CD pipelines

• Validate distributed microservices and retail functionalities

• Conduct high-volume data-driven testing for integrity

Requirements:

• Expertise in retail transaction systems, particularly POS

• Proficient in Node.js, Selenium, and BDD practices

• Proven experience with Azure Dev Ops and Jenkins

• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities

• Agile development methodology experience
