Senior UiPath RPA & Intelligent Automation Developer (Agentic AI)

Toronto - Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer with more than 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable UiPath automation solutions across enterprise processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in integrating Agentic AI capabilities for intelligent decision-making, document understanding, and dynamic workflow orchestration.

The role requires expertise in end-to-end bot lifecycle management, exception handling, and performance optimization while ensuring secure and resilient automation frameworks. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact digital transformation initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable UiPath automation solutions
• Strong expertise in integrating Agentic AI capabilities for intelligent decision-making, document understanding, and workflow orchestration
• Experience in end-to-end bot lifecycle management, exception handling, and performance optimization
• Ability to build secure and resilient automation frameworks
• Strong collaboration skills to work with business and technical stakeholders on automation initiatives

• UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, AI Center)
• Agentic AI / GenAI (UiPath Agentic AI, Copilots, Intelligent Agents, Orchestration, Azure Cloud)
• Document Understanding (OCR, Classification, Extraction Workflows)
• Communications Mining (Good to Have)
• Programming: C#, .NET, Python
• REST APIs and integrations
• Automation techniques:
  Web, Citrix, Mainframe, Attended and Unattended Bots
• Process Mining and Task Mining
• Intelligent Automation Frameworks
• Version Control, CI/CD, and deployment best practices

• Communications Mining experience
