Position: QA Automation Analyst with Cognizant
Enhance software quality at Cognizant as a QA Automation Analyst in Toronto. This hybrid position requires Java-Selenium expertise and API automation testing skills.

You will play a vital role in a highly collaborative Agile team with your 5-7 years of experience. Responsible for developing automation frameworks from scratch, you’ll utilize tools like Rest Assured and TestNG while communicating progress to various stakeholders and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts

• Develop and execute API automation scripts effectively

• Collaborate with Agile teams for high-quality software delivery

• Apply Generative AI tools to improve testing processes

• Provide testing quality metrics communications to teams

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant automation testing experience

• Proficient in Java and automated frameworks

• 2+ years experience in API automation using Rest Assured

• Strong knowledge of REST, authentication, and data formats

• Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile methodologies
