Senior ServiceNow Developer at EQB

Transform banking technology as a Senior Service Now Developer e charge of Service Now applications and solutions with a hybrid work model.

Be part of Equitable Bank’s Service Now Centre of Excellence dedicated to enhancing financial services for Canadians. In this role, you will design and support Service Now applications, owning feature delivery from start to finish. Driving technical excellence, you will mentor junior engineers while collaborating with diverse teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of complex Service Now features

• Own feature delivery process from requirements to deployment

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions

• Enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews

• Support release management and troubleshoot production issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of Service Now development experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP

• Knowledge of Service Mapping and CMDB/CSDM

• Strong communication and analytical skills
