Take your software engineering expertise to current heights with OSC as a Senior Software Engineer dedicated to Dynamics 365 solutions. This role focuses on application development and technical leadership. Reporting to the Technical Manager, your role is integral in enhancing OSCs business applications. You’ll drive application design, guide junior developers, and manage intricate projects. Your ability to address complex challenges will have a significant impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead application design initiatives across OSC
Ensure compliance while facilitating business proposals
Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices
Oversee the complete project life‑cycle from start to finish
Create and maintain detailed documentation for solutions

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 7 years of experience in software programming
Proficient in .NET, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
Strong familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD tools
Excellent skills in communication and problem‑solving

Drive OSCs technological advancements while mentoring teams in Dynamics 365.
