Join TRADER as a Software Engineer focused on CMS operations in Toronto, Ontario. Your expertise in .NET and AWS will drive reliability and enhance the customer experience.
As a member of the Collateral Management CMS team within TRADER, you will play a key role in maintaining operational health and stability for critical financial applications. Your hands-on experience will support incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across our innovative platform. This role engages with technology stack components such as Angular, .NET, and SQL Server while ensuring effective collaboration with Product, Development, and Platform teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support EC2-hosted services and incident response
• Monitor application health using various tools
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues
• Maintain runbooks and perform scheduled maintenance
• Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents
Requirements:
• Experience with .NET and C# in production support
• Familiarity with AWS services like EC2 and Cloud Watch
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Angular, Type Script, and SQL Server
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
