You will lead a highly skilled engineering team focused on deploying creative AI solutions. Reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering & Delivery, you will establish the technical infrastructure while ensuring that RBC meets its ambitious AI governance and ethical standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee deployment of RBC's foundational AI models
- Build a secure software infrastructure for ATOM integration
- Work with leaders to optimize AI model usage
- Direct the technical roadmap for API and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices
- 12+ years in software/ML engineering, with leadership experience
- Success in deploying mission‑critical software
- Strong grasp of MLOps and model serving concepts
- Experience managing engineering teams
- Proven implementation of production‑grade solutions
