Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – Capital Markets & Derivatives

• 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Python
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, SQL Server, and Databricks
• Experience building and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and financial derivatives (options, futures, forwards, and swaps)
• Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Design and develop high‑performance trading and risk management applications
• Build cloud‑native solutions on Azure using modern engineering practices
• Integrate market data, analytics platforms, and AI‑powered capabilities into trading workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to deliver strategic technology initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement through Agile delivery, automation, and engineering best practices

• Derivatives pricing and risk management expertise
• Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, Findur, or Aladdin
• Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or enterprise copilot development experience
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products and markets

Salary range:$113,000–$163,000

CAD plus incentive compensation tied to performance.
