Position: Hybrid Web Developer at Voices
Elevate your coding skills with Voices as a Hybrid Web Developer in Ontario. Focus on building impactful full-stack web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and React while working within a collaborative team.

This full-time role invites you to join a high-performing development team  will create customer-facing interfaces, maintain internal user systems, and collaborate with Product and Support teams.

Experience with modern stacks and strong ownership of your work will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and React

• Extend applications with modern PHP frameworks like Laravel

• Design APIs and third-party integrations with cloud services

• Write automated tests for quality assurance

• Collaborate in code reviews and use AI tools to improve workflow

Requirements:

• 3+ years in database-driven web application development

• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript/Node.js, SQL, and React

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field

• Familiarity with AODA and OWASP best practices

• Strong communication and documentation skills
