Lead Android Developer - UI​/UX and Kotlin

As a key contributor reporting to the Development Manager, you'll oversee the full software lifecycle of native Android apps, from initial concept to final testing.

Your role will involve working closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure the creation of reusable components that align with our design system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prototype, develop, and test software for Android platforms

• Work with product owners to define and deliver required app functionalities

• Create a reusable component library that meets design standards

• Assess the impact of new features on the existing system

• Conduct peer reviews to maintain code quality and architecture

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of native Android application experience

• Proficiency in Kotlin; familiarity with Java beneficial

• Comprehensive understanding of mobile design best practices

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Agile development experience and enterprise software knowledge
