You'll implement customer AI agents using Amazon Connect and optimize contact center solutions to drive enhanced user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions

• Design and configure Amazon Connect customer applications

• Develop conversational AI and optimize IVR systems

• Integrate cloud services from Amazon Bedrock with solutions

• Craft effective prompts for AI agents and virtual assistants

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of AI and Machine Learning experience

• In-depth expertise with Amazon Connect and IVR technologies

• Strong proficiency in Python for development

• Experience with AWS services and Azure AI alternatives

• Knowledge of Generative AI frameworks
