In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage over 10 years of expertise in distributed systems to drive key initiatives related to Robinhood Chain, the Tokenization Engine, and the Robinhood Wallet. With a focus on coding and quality leadership, you'll elevate team performance and engineering practices through mentoring and hands-on leadership while fostering alignment across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the technical vision for Robinhood Chain and the Tokenization Engine

• Design and operate core services for Wallet and Chain technology

• Write production code and lead engineering quality standards

• Drive improvements in developer practices with AI tools

• Mentor engineers and elevate the technical bar

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in distributed systems

• Strong backend development skills in Go, Python, or Java

• 3+ years leading large technical initiatives

• Proven experience simplifying complex problems

• Track record of delivering high-impact outcomes
