Located in Toronto, Ontario, the Intermediate Software Analyst role involves ensuring the quality of software delivery within large-scale signalling projects. You will work with developers and engineers, developing test cases and automating tests, while gaining valuable knowledge of railway operations and CBTC technologies. Your proactive mindset will contribute significantly to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze software requirements to craft test plans

• Develop and execute software testing procedures

• Report and evaluate testing results and root causes

• Automate testing processes to enhance efficiency

• Collaborate effectively to resolve testing anomalies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• At least 3 years in software development or testing

• Familiarity with C, C++, Perl, or Python

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
