Position: Senior Salesforce Architect to lead a cross-functional team, using agile methodologies to build on-prem and cloud
We are looking for a you will be leading a cross-functional team, using agile methodologies to build on-prem and cloud native applications for the financial services industry.
Full Time Permanent Role
3 times a week on site (Near King Station)

Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across the IT organizationDesign and implement complex Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL toolsEnsure Salesforce integrates with the larger Citco ecosystem in standard patterns and following best practicesEstablish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for Salesforce developmentLead technical planning sessions and provide expertise in solution design reviewsManage complex Salesforce releases and deployments across environmentsDevelop and maintain integration patterns between Salesforce and other enterprise systemsProvide technical mentorship and guidance to team membersCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsEnsure security and compliance standards are maintained across all Salesforce implementations Lead technical debt reduction initiatives and platform optimization effortsMust Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field8+ years of experience with Salesforce development and architectureCertified Salesforce Developer and/or Architect2+ years of experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL5+ years of experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and integration patterns2+ experience with middleware platforms and ETL toolsSolid understanding of Git version control and CI/CD practicesExperience implementing and maintaining standard security modelsStrong background in Salesforce governance and release managementExperience with financial services industry solutions preferredProven track record of leading Agile development teams
