Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group (Inno Co Dev ). This team will operate as a dedicated strategic function within Professional Services, working closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success. Our mission is to accelerate the delivery of industry-wide solutions through strategic co-development partnerships with key customers. This initiative will establish a SWAT team within Professional Services to identify, cultivate, and operationalize these partnerships, demonstrating Guidewire Professional Services’ unique value proposition and capturing premium service opportunities.

As a Solution Consultant, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and customer adoption. You’ll help ensure customers succeed by bridging business needs with solutions and providing enablement support.

• Prototype, validate, and deliver innovative Guidewire Cloud features in real-world customer environments.
• Work directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions.
• Take ownership across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend development.
• Provide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey.

• 2–4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery.
• Hands‑on full-stack development experience, including modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, Dev Ops, automated testing, and packaging.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software.
• Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency.
• Works effectively with limited guidance from others, consistently applying established best practices and standards.
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, innovation‑focused environment.

The Canadian CAD base salary range for this full‑time position is $78,000 – $97,000. Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full‑time positions or part‑time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well‑being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company‑sponsored retirement plan.

In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long‑term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
