• Platform architecture hands‑on delivery 8 years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience, including active hands‑on development on a live scaled production platform with deep expertise in cartridge architecture, SCAPI OCAP I design, performance tuning, and the ability to make and own technical decisions end-to-end, not just review them.
• Multi‑brand platform governance:
  Demonstrated experience architecting and governing multi‑instance, multi‑brand SFCC environments defining shared vs. brand‑specific code boundaries, establishing cartridge inheritance strategies, standardizing CICD and deployment pipelines, and guiding cross‑brand engineering teams toward consistent scalable patterns.

• Familiarity with Salesforce OMS architecture including order routing logic, fulfillment workflows, and the integration design between OMS and SFCC storefronts to contribute to a fully connected commerce ecosystem and advise on post‑purchase platform decisions.
