Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions for enterprise needs
• Act as a liaison between product divisions and engineering

• Identify and address platform technical debt and gaps
• Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance skillsets
Requirements:
• 8+ years of Salesforce development
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong skills in Apex and Lightning
• Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops tooling
