AGF Management Limited is seeking a Salesforce Developer and Solution Designer to create scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role demands advanced technical judgment and hands-on expertise for transforming our CRM environment.

As a key part of AGF's team, you will focus on Salesforce integrations, Data Cloud/Data
360, and configuring Agentforce for efficient sales workflows. Your responsibilities include leading two work streams to unite Salesforce data and enhance platform capabilities, leveraging AI and emerging technologies throughout. This position relies on your strong engineering practices and a commitment to delivering end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Salesforce data integrations

• Configure Data
360 streams for customized data handling

• Deliver backlog items with Salesforce administration skills

• Troubleshoot issues in security, data flows, and automation

• Document architecture and implement governance processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Flow Builder

• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components

• Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and data integration

• Salesforce certifications in progress or completed
