Key Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve MaintainX’s quality platform and automation frameworks

• Design AI-assisted testing infrastructure to reduce creation time

• Own CI integration standards and enhance build reliability

• Develop test harnesses for innovative AI-powered capabilities

• Eliminate systemic test debt and manage flaky tests

Requirements:

• Experience building production-grade test automation frameworks

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with application development skills

• Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Background in developing shared developer tooling and infrastructure

• Familiarity with AI development tools for engineering workflows
