We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who has significant experience in building and deploying large-scale ML training systems. Your expertise in distributed training, model optimization, and dataset curation is key to our mission. You will lead the architecture for multi-GPU/multi-node clusters and ensure high performance while mentoring junior engineers to maintain our technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy large-scale ML systems in production

• Optimize model performance and minimize costs effectively

• Collect and curate datasets for AI agent training

• Build frameworks for evaluation and monitoring of models

• Define observability standards for model latency and reliability

Requirements:

• Proven experience with distributed ML systems
