The Commercial Banking Engineering team is seeking a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the CB Salesforce ecosystem.

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and multiple teams to propose and design optimistic solutions in Salesforce.
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
• Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
• Build Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.
• Hands‑on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Platform Events and Salesforce Data Model.
• Develop custom applications using  and integrating  with other systems.

• 6+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using
• 3+ years working knowledge of Salesforce tools to execute and manage workflow processes at various stages of the SDLC cycle (e.g., Salesforce DX).
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Advanced certifications in Salesforce and nCino, like nCino 101/201/301, PD1.

• Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package for Salesforce) – 2+ years in nCino Design, configurations and customizations.
• Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including, but not limited to, nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy.

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
• Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high‑scale project.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Relevant Salesforce accreditations (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Salesforce App Builder).
• Financial Services Cloud certification.
