In this impactful role, you will participate in all software development phases including design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, design teams, and other engineers to build high-quality software that improves attendance tracking and employee scheduling. Your work will empower organizations globally, backed by your mentorship of fellow developers and conducting code reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Workforce Management software solutions
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality delivery
• Use modern engineering practices for scalable development
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET principles
• Proficient in React, Type Script, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with SQL Server and cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of security practices and APIs
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
