Associate Software Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of relevant internship or co-op experience; or 3–5 years of relevant experience in software development or application support.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to scripting, automation, or API development through coursework or projects (e.g. Power Shell, shell scripting).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts (Agile, Dev Ops).
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems is an asset.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, or modern Dev Ops practices is an asset.
