As a Lead Software Engineer, you will spearhead the design and implementation of advanced AI technologies across the organization. By harnessing your expertise in Python and AWS, you will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, guiding engineering practices and pushing AI applications to new heights. The candidate will ideally have a robust background in AI/ML frameworks and a passion for collaborative work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and contribute to developing AI-powered solutions
• Architect scalable technology using Gen AI frameworks
• Utilize AWS tools for cloud-native application development
• Partner with teams to align tech solutions with business goals
• Monitor project performance metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or related discipline
• 6+ years in engineering, leading AI projects preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Python, AWS, and Gen AI techniques
• Experience in web application frameworks and Dev Sec Ops
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices
