You will serve as the lead for mobile engineering efforts, applying your extensive expertise in Flutter to design and develop cross-platform solutions. A minimum of five years in software development, with two years dedicated to Flutter is required. Your leadership will involve contributing to best practices and mentoring junior developers, ensuring high standards in performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and support junior and intermediate development staff
• Design and implement cross-platform solutions with Flutter
• Collaborate across product and UX teams
• Guide feature development throughout its lifecycle
• Conduct code reviews and maintain testing standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years in development, 2+ with Flutter
• Deep understanding of mobile application architectures
• Experience with automated testing strategies
• Proficient in handling RESTful APIs
• Strong problem-solving capabilities in Agile setups
