As a Software Development Engineer II, you will tackle the challenges of the Umbrella Learning Management System, designing maintainable solutions that support Amazon's operational goals. Key activities include building software that influences safety and performance across thousands of warehouses worldwide. Skills in full-stack development and performance troubleshooting are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop scalable training software solutions
• Actively participate in code reviews for quality
• Translate technical architecture into operational impact
• Engage in the software development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Resolve operational issues to ensure system efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in software development roles
• At least 2 years in architecture or system design
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle
• Bachelor’s in computer science or similar field preferred
