Mainframe Developer; IMS DB

We are looking for a Mainframe Developer (IMS DB) with mandatory Banking domain experience. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Mainframe application development and support.
Required Skills- 8+ years of experience in Mainframe Development
- Strong hands‑on experience with IMS DB, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSA
- Experience in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Mainframe applications
- Strong knowledge of batch processing and online transaction systems
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, and production support
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with IMS DB
- Knowledge of Change Man, Endevor, or other Mainframe source control tools
